Disappointing Service Despite Great Location
I recently stayed at this hotel, drawn by its excellent location in the heart of the city. Unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by poor service, particularly during breakfast.The breakfast staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. A few maintenance issues
This is a solid option if you don't want to stay inside the city walls as it it quite close and has parking. I discovered too late that one of the two windows did not have a blackout curtain (only a net curtain). That meant it was very bright overnight. Also the bed lamp did not work on one of the two beds. Ok for the price.
Clean but odd. Shower soap is on the outside of the shower door that was in poor repair. Pillows are flat. Room was very warm and desk said no fan available.
