Rothenburg was an unbelievable trip definitely worth the visit . Really glad that we chose to visit. Seamless check-in and out. Staff were friendly despite a language problem especially at breakfast. Breakfast was good although not much for dairy and gluten intolerances. My Wife unfortunately suffers with both. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Centrally located, cute, cozy, very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable, bed was very nice and soft. Staff were so wonderful and friendly, so accommodating, to the point that they gave us lunch boxes to take with us in the morning of our departure since we were going to be out too early before breakfast. Nice hotel in the centre of town - we stayed 2 nights. Nice bedroom but they charge extra for a bottle of water! They also charge extra for use of the air conditioning!!! This is ridiculous. The location was great and the room was nice. It could have been cleaner as there were hairs on the floor. Loved having the windows and flowers. However, the bed wasn’t comfortable at all and the buffet was lacking fresh produce options and I don’t think the juices were fresh. The dinner was great at the restaurant.
