This simple hotel is peacefully located in the well-known Theresienwisese. It takes just a few minutes to reach the city centre and the lively old town with its scores of shops and other attractions. Public transport leaves from directly in front of the hotel and it takes just 13 minutes to reach the main railway station on foot. It is 40 km to the International airport.

8 single rooms and 36 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a laundry service, a conference room, a fax machine, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.
