Enjoyable 2 night family stay
Stayed for 2 nights during the hot spell. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the family room had a large balcony overlooking the pool. Bathroom and shower excellent. The breakfast was delicious and we treated ourselves to dinner also which was also a very high standard. Breakfast till 12, went down at 10 and everything was nearly finished and not replaced.Room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, nor during our stay. Sent a request for it to be cleaned everyday (as hotel policy is that it is cleaned every two days if not requested daily) which was approved. Still arrived back to the hotel with the room not cleaned.
