My wife and I had a terrible stay at the hotel Intercity in Hannover. After travelling since 8 in the morning, we arrived with our group at the hotel at 6 pm. We were told to go to the first floor to receive our keys so that we could take our luggage to our rooms in good time before the dinner at 7. During my stay, I returned to my locked hotel room to find a very drunk guy sleeping in my bed, among my personal stuff. He was intoxicated and did not have a reservation at the hotel. The front desk removed him and then asked me how I wanted to proceed, I requested this to be reported o the police, which they did. Via Booking I booked 2 rooms, each for one person. I was with my dad.
