Where to begin. I checked in today after a very long travel day. The manager is just nasty. She's curt, not friendly, and not helpful. The bar was conpletely empty and there was a line of 6 people wauting to check in. I asked the bartender if I could get an iron. His response "this is the bar. I would have liked this hotel but they have issues
Hotel is close to the Hauptbahnhof and U-bahn, convenient to get to the Old Town. Check-in was easy and they can hold luggage if you arrive early. Suppose to have a bar (closed until January but no signs indicating that) and free daily coffee, haven’t seen any hot coffee in 2 days and dirty coffee cups still sitting on the counter. Convenient & clean place to stay
Convenient, clean & comfortable room for one. I didn't have a QR code for self checkin and there was no one at the front desk upon arrival. There was a sign that said if it was unattended, call this number & someone will always be available to answer - well, they weren't. I, along with another guest had a 20 minute wait to be helped.
