Unlike some of the earlier reviews, as a member of a coach party that stayed here for 4 nights, I was perfectly satisfied with its accommodation, food and service. The hotel catered quite acceptably for all of us bar one, who embarrassed herself and our group, being witnessed berating a poor member of staff. Disappointing hotel not up to Accor standard
Stayed as part of a coach trip and was disappointed. Let’s start with the positives: nice big twin room with aircon, bed was comfortable and Indian waiters friendly and helpful. First night food was bbq which was great. Negatives: beetle on bedroom floor, slippery on floor of bath and no grab rails, so dangerous for older residents to step in or out when wet. Not my type of hotel unfortunately
We're part of a coach tour. Apparently this is the first time our travel company have used this hotel and, to be honest we all expected better.If a hotel accepts coach parties surely they should have somewhere to park the coach? Err, not here! A modern, clean hotel in a quiet location outside the Hannover city center
This is a modern, clean Hotel which is not close to any restaurants, entertainment or tourist attractions. It has a single line tram connection close by, but I preferred it because they had free parking in their garage. Free parking compensated for the remote location on business trips. Now they charge 15 Euro per night for parking. Checking into the hotel was a breeze, the floor numbering is a bit weird though, with rooms beginning with 2, being on the 3rd floor. It makes sense when you get in the lift, as they've numbered the buttons according to the room number.
