Location

The hotel is in the south of Hannover's city centre, 500 m from the Maschsee Lake. It is located only a few steps from the Schlägerstraße tram stop. The main train station is roughly 4 km away and Hannover Airport is approximately 17 km from the hotel.

Facility

4 suites, 6 single rooms and 283 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Other services include room service (for a fee), an alarm call service and a laundry service.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, an alarm clock and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and a telephone are provided. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked.

Sport

Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam and massage treatments and, for an additional fee, a sauna and a steam bath.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a breakfast room and a bar. Catering options include half board and full board. At breakfast, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Various dishes can be ordered à la carte for lunch and dinner. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
