Absolutely Disgraceful Ignorant Reception
Arrived at reception with confirmed reservations. The two staff at reception were the most ignorant and uneducated reception staff anyone could imagine. After five minutes we were told that our reservations were cancelled at 6pm and sold for a higher rate. Sta…

Great location for the Volksfest
Stayed in central Stuttgart for the annual Volksfest Canslatter. A very centrally situated hotel close to S Bahn transport to the show ground. A no frills but comfortable hotel. The reception staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and efficient.

For a short stay
Proper for a short stay in Hamburg. I stayed there for one night, it’s so close to the train station and you can walk though city easily. Hotel and the room was small and a bit old. Breakfast wasn’t very varied. There were limited options. Room was clean
