Terrible bar staff
Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, not the best in terms of service, very bad extremely rude and just going through the motions staff in the bar.the rooms are lovely and the price was good for hamburg.Cant recommend and would advise to stay somewhere else

Horrible Heat Control in Rooms
The room was extremely hot. For 2 days it reached 76 degrees in the room, and the staff “could not’ make any adjustments to the thermostat. The staff told us that the tech was sick, and that they didn’t have a back-up tech to help. We did not sleep for 3 days…
