truly awful hotel
stay away from this scam hotel. so many problems with my stay i don't know where to begin. the staff couldn't care less if you're not getting what you paid for IE no internet service and the check in experience is just atrocious

Hamburg overnight
Very clean, good location, close to the reeperbahn and good restaurants. Good wifi and nice breakfast. Interesting old building. No hot water on the morning of our departure, no explanation, no apology, bed was very firm. Staff were friendly.
