Location

This hotel enjoys and idyllic location right by the beautiful Riessersee, surrounded by a unique mountain range of the Alps and the Zugspitze. The location offers excellent winters sports opportunities, as well as various shopping and entertainment venues. The pretty centre of Garmisch Partenkirchen is about 2 km away. The nearest ski lift as well as the pistes, which have an attitude of up to 3,000 m and cross-country trail are around 100 m away from the hotel. In addition, guests will also find plenty of excellent hiking paths surrounding the hotel. The hotel's bus service runs twice a day to the centre of Garmisch Partenkirchen, as well as the main train station.

Facility

155 rooms and 53 suites are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere.     The location and staff really make this hotel worth the stay. Every staff member went out of their way to be friendly or helpful. While the room could have used some upgrading, my overall experience was very pleasant and I would certainly recommend this hotel.     Friendly and helpfull staff, spectacular scenery. Perfect location in little bit isolated but really easy access to all town services. And for our taste food gets 6 out of 5! 🤩 We have stayed in many 5 star resorts but here you can expect the same or better breakfast.     Comfy Hotel, in stunning surroundings

    The hotel is fantastic, location is stunning, views amazing, sauna, swimming pool and leisure facilities lovely. They are also welcoming to the family, the food delicious and wholesome. The free shuttle for skiing is a bonus, definitely recommend to anyone.The only thing I would recommend as I didn't read the room facilities properly, is there is no kettle, so maybe take your own.     Beautiful property nestled in the trees!

    Beautiful hotel inside and outside! In a gorgeous location by the lake and surrounding trees! Our room was very clean and spacious. We had the Maisonette Room with balcony and it was awesome! Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom and beautiful view from our balcony of the lake. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant food is excellent! Lobby and bar area beautiful and relaxing! Highly recommend!
