Arrived at 18:00 reception was empty, had to wait for someone to come and didn’t seem very interested. Nobody to help with luggage. Room on the 5th floor that didn’t have elevator access. Had to carry luggage up the stairs. Room was supposedly a suit, but far from it. Walked in and A/C was turned off took 3hrs to cool the room. Horrible night. SEEhotel Friedrichshafen is an disaster, an unmitigated embarrassment. Take a look at the photos - what was advertised (first three photos) is clearly NOT what was provided (last three photos) - and as you bask in how horrible the room is, know that they charged €156 for it. Very good location, head receptionist (only) very pleasant, breakfast good with unsmiling service. My room had no window, but a small balcony which let air and light in.
