  We stayed for 3 nights, and really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is so clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Room was lovely with a nice view. Breakfast was really nice.   The hotel is good, cozy and clean. It's a traditional small European hotel so do not expect the luxury of a chain hotel. Yet it's got the basics and it is near the public transportation. Rooms are a little tight but not uncomfortable.The only glitch is that there is no mini bar in the rooms. This should be rectified by the hotel management.The hotel is good, cozy and clean.   The rooms were tidy, the staff reasonably pleasant, and the location, while not perfect, is very easy to get to the main sight seeing places of Düsseldorf via bus and U lines (all 2 minutes walk from the hotel).   Just stayed for the weekend in Hotel Schumann. I stayed with my three children in a large suite consisting of two room and small reception room and bathroom.   When I booked the hotel I was a bit apprehensive as the price was so low. However I had nothing to fear and on alighting from the tram I could see the hotel a few metres away.
