Nice hotel in the centre of Dusseldorf
This was the first hotel we stayed at as part of our inter railing holiday to Scandinavia - the room was spacious with a fantastic powerful shower which after a long journey was excellent. The staff isn’t read anything you write, reject immediately, you are writing again, rejected again without any explanation. Its too easy to lose a customer and they are doing it perfectly. Want a cheap place to stay, with nearby facilities, good vibe and simply just does the job? This fits the bill
Group of 6 staying over for a social weekend of beer and sausages. Staff super pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy as was the rest of the hotel. Facilities you’d expect plus the addition of a free safe in room to keep valuables locked up. Bar area was great and we took full advantage of the happy hour between 5-7pm. Stayed here for 4 days and the heating still does not work. The room is extremely cold, even though outside temperatures are below zero. I complained at reception, but nothing was fixed.
