We were celebrating a special birthday and decided to visit Düsseldorf. We chose this Hilton location due to its proximity to the city centre and the reviews we read. The front desk team was extremely friendly, in particular Amad Murga, Front Desk Manager. Bad experience! Ordered room with a crib which we did not receive, after talking with receptionist we did get one, personal who brought really smelled like sweat, like really bad. We still didnt get pillow for kid. Also shower was leaking, and it was extremely hot in the room, even though AC was set to 18 degrees. Just terrible experience, next time not coming with them.
