Terrifying Security Breach – Avoid This HotelStayed for two nights on a business trip, and at 4:15 AM an unknown person entered our room (402) while we were sleeping. Front desk had no explanation and only said “we are sorry.” Completely unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Anyone could apparently walk in without verification. We did not feel safe at all. We really liked this hotel we stopped here for one night while traveling through Europe with car. They were very accomadating with our children.The restaurant was good and the staff was really nice. Our check-in on January 3rd was very pleasant. The man at the reception was extremely friendly and patient, taking the time to explain everything to us clearly. The room had everything we needed, although it was a bit disappointing that we could only watch German TV channels without other options.The breakfast was okay, but I expected fresher croissants and bread rolls. Nice rooms although they feel a bit dated. Staff was friendly and helpful.Really close to the city centre and the Christmas market. Parking garage across the street which is €12 a day.
