I have to admit that the only good thing about this hotel, is the staff, did I say staff, when we arrived 8 of which have driven in a convoy from the South West of the U.K., that they have ONLY one member of staff working, her name was Carlotta Kronessen, she had to do the booking in, sort out various problems from internet, to laundry, toilet paper, answer the phone, serve the bar, book in people… I have to admit that the only good thing about this hotel, is the staff, did I say staff, when we arrived 8 of which have driven in a convoy from the South West of the U.K., that they have ONLY one member of staff working, her name was Carlotta Kronessen, she…

The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the railway station. There is a Lidl store not far from the hotel. Having checked into the hotel and entering the room, I was surprised that the washbasin was not in the bathroom, but simply in the room next to the door. The room is small, there is a TV. We stayed in family room with kitchen, specious enough for 4 adults. 2 TVs. Free sparkling water (2 bottles) on arrival, soap and shampoo are available in dispersers. No safety box. Booked last minute. Parking was available but we had a van so it was difficult. The hotel is fine but the smoking outside the front door was very off putting.
