    Hotel is closely located to the Messe Dortmund and surrounded by a park and easily accessible by the underground railway. Rooms are a bit outdated and small but clean and also had a small fridge...

    Not what expect for 150 EUR per night in a German 4 Stars hotel. Rooms need to be refurbished. TV is far from a 2020 standard. Bar prices are sky high, but only when the bar is open. COVID-19 or not...
