Firstly, the noise at this hotel, both inside and out is horrendous. The loud music playing in the lobby until 3am, when I needed to speak to reception during a middle of the night checkout, they couldn’t hear me. Their receptionist ’Ben’ is by far the most unpleasant, rude and obnoxious hotel staff person I have ever met. Car’s racing right outside the front door all night long. Revving up their engines and sounding their horns. Very good hotel with comfortable rooms, friendly and professional stuff, new bathrooms. Personally in minus for me was glass door to bathroom because of bussines trip with coworker… but It was personally for me. Close to metro and to train.
