Pierre Costard1/5just now on GoogleI had a breakfast voucher for two people. I arrived alone at 7 a.m., but the reception kindly informed me that there wasn’t enough space. Unfortunately, with an empty breakfast room. I was probably not dressed appropriately enough for them. I am truly shocked to have experienced this discrimination. The primary goal of this voucher is to promote a more inclusive society. This is not the only case that was reported to me. I truly believe that Radisson Blu Hotel could afford one extra coffee at 7 a.m. I should engage a discussion with the town hall of Cottbus. We chose the Raddison Blu Hotel for our wedding in Germany this year and we can’t say enough about the wonderful staff and service we received. Simone Tauber was our point person as we were planning our wedding overseas. She was absolutely fantastic in accommodating all of our requests for our reception. She always responded right away which we really appreciated since we had to organize everything from Canada. The head cook also made sure that we enjoyed all of the delicious food. He accommodated our special request for the buffet and everything was perfectly prepared. The location is fantastic as it’s right across from the train station making it easy for our guests to find. We were impressed with the breakfast each morning as well as the spacious executive room with balcony. All of the staff were great. David S was also super helpful with the wedding cake the next morning. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend! The hotel is very good. Right next to the train station and about 20 minutes walking distance from the city center. The swimming pool on the last floor is quite nice. We were also happy with the breakfast, which had a lot of good options. Nice hotel with very friendly staff - but needs to be modernized

- Very friendly and helpful staff- Excellent breakfast buffet- Gym is Okay- Overall atmosphere is like in a 90ies movie... Definitely needs an overhaul.- Free parking only a few meters across the street. Overall good place to stay, just walking ditance from Cottbus DB station. There should be more choice of breakfast, beans and fried eggs was missing. :-). Friendly staffs and good ambiance.
