  The hotel is pretty decent. The room was large but felt a bit sparse with the basic furniture. However, it was spotlessly clean and perfectly functional. The staff were great and super friendly. The only real downside was that the breakfast was a bit limited and could get full very quickly, leaving limited choice.   Our Princess for one day tours take us to Zwickau now and then - and we have stayed here multiple times. We have sure been in hotels that have more wow-factor than this one, but it was very clean, very conveniently located and everyone was very friendly.   Achat in Zwickau is an ordinary hotel. Room was clean and quite spacious but too dark and a bit noisy. What I really appreciated was very friendly staff, far above German standard.They only offer breakfast to go nowadays due to Corona limitations which is a bit uncomfortable but the hotel staff makes it very well.
