Average hotel, poor experience as a guest
The hotel was average, everything you’d expect from any hotel room however there were lots of junkies outside whenever we left asking for money. On our 2nd day there was no hot water in the shower until around 4pm because of maintenance and the response i got when i informed reception about it was “what do you want me to do?”. On day 3, i had enough of this nonsense so did not extend my booking an… The hotel was average, everything you’d expect from any hotel room however there were lots of junkies outside whenever we left asking for money. Closed Bar & Restaurant was Disappointing
The hotel was comfortable but the air conditioning in the room was mediocre at best. This was a shame as Bremen experienced very hot temperatures during my stay. The restaurant and bar is inexplicably closed on Thursday, which was very strange. Don’t really know how this hotel can get more than three stars ….. must be for the clean rooms and a decent breakfast… When we arrived they had one (1) person in the reception… 10 people in line for 25 minutes to check in…. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast ok… they have no parking, but you can park in a garage 5-7 min away…. GREAT STAY EXCELLENT LOCATION
Another great stay at this Hotel. It never disappoints. Nice spacious clean rooms with a nice bathroom and shower. I have stayed at this property many times over the years, and find the staff very helpful. A special mention for front office manager Christiane who always gave me a nice greeting. The breakfasts are good and varied, and the location next to the station and tram stop from the airport… Another great stay at this Hotel. It never disappoints.
