Nice Hotel, Great Value
Stayed here for a week whilst attending a conference in Berlin. The hotel is around a 10 minute walk from Alexanderplatz, and there's a tram stop nearby. There's plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and a petrol station right under the hotel…

Nice room with good location
Room was good and a good location. Very close to Alexanderplatz. An acceptable place for a few nights. Staff however were not welcoming, quite rude in fact. Almost like it was an inconvenience you being there

Awful staff never booking again
The hotel itself is ok. It the staff are awful, very poor manners and cannot speak well with anyone whose English is there first language. The website says the bar is 24 hours but the staff randomly d code the are too ‘busy’ and close the bar. Would recommend…
