Disappointing service
We were here with a school class. One of our pupils, who has coeliaki, got served a meal with gluten at the hotel. We were assured the meal was gluten free, but this was not the case. Our pupil got really sick, and missed a day of the school trip. The chef adm…

The hotel is lovely. Clean and comfortable. The bed is amazing! The location despite what the taxi driver from the airport said was great. Tram five minutes walking took us everywhere! The attitude of the staff was awful! Unhelpful and rude. Not enough staff.…

OK hotel
Clean comfortable warm however does lack facilities in the rooms i.e. kettle and fridge. Bar expensive small beer €3, bottle of water €7.50 no draught beer. No English tea at breakfast. Some staff pleasant and helpful .

Under the bed they have NEVER cleaned the dust, probably since they opened the hotel back in the sixties. Awful patches of concentrated dust. Have the ckeaning personal take a look at that. It really should not happen in any hotel.
