Everything was very good. The rooms are Newbie and comfortable. We didn’t have any trouble. The staff is friendly and attentive. It’s a bonus that there’s a market and bakery underneath the hotel. There’s a tram stop away from the center, but right in front of it. It takes a 15-minute ride to reach the center. Fleas in bed

Unfortunately, it is not possible to award minus points.I stayed 5 nights in the hotel and unfortunately only noticed on the last day that there were fleas in my bed. At first I thought they were mosquito bites until I discovered the creatures.My whole body is now covered with extremely unpleasant flea bites (even my face).When I reported it, I was told that the fleas were probably brought by myself.This place I absolutely cannot recommend!It's not possible! Biggest scam ever!!!!

This hotel is a REAL SCAM!!!! I booked two rooms for 2 nights so in total 4 nights for a total price of ~ 260€! Unfortunately all germany is on strike and my flights were canceled as the airport is closed! I asked to rebook for 3 days later but they told me is not possible and that i will lose all the money as on that day the hotel is fully booked and my rate is non changeable as this is not a “good reason “!!! A natiknal strike is not a reason ????? Also finally the owner find 2 rooms available but for the price of 365€ per night per room!!! 6 x the price!!!! This after they said they are fully booked! This is the biggest scam and joke i ever heard! SHAME ON THIS HOTEL! I told them to keep the money as i dont want to stay at this hotel!

Indeed a superb place to spend a night on your way to or from North - as we did - or for longer stayings: brand new, modern, friendly and extremely nice, super clean and comfortable with the best bed we've ever slept in (true!), and all the small details that make your staying memorable.Not to say that you can easily find places offering half the quality at a double price!!It's "worth the visit": super recommended.Davvero un posto perfetto per passare una notte di un viaggio da o per il nord - come abbiamo fatto noi - o per soggiorni più lunghi: nuovissimo, moderno, accogliente e davvero simpatico, super pulito e confortevole con il miglior letto in cui abbiamo mai dormito (vero!), e tutti i piccoli dettagli che rendono il soggiorno memorabile. Per non dire che non poche strutture offrono la metà della qualità al doppio del prezzo!!"Merita il viaggio": super consigliato.

Great Comfortable Hotel

We are on day 9 of being in Bavaria and I think our 5th or 6th hotel. This is by far the best and most comfortable. The bed is so awesome. The staff are welcoming. Two big drawbacks; no air conditioning and finding the actual hotel location. We arrived late at night, I had made a reservation and paid ahead of time. We were so frustrated at not being able to find the hotel we drove about 10 minutes away and were going to check into a Holiday Inn Express. The guy at the front desk there was sooooo sweet, when I told him we were unable to find the NinetyNine Hotel, he did everything but drive us to the front door. He printed off directions and told us exactly what to look for! It's located next to the Universitat Augsburg a sort of industrial area on the outskirts of town. When we woke up in the day time we realized the GPS had taken us right next to the hotel but there are no visible neon signs at night. I am really glad we wound up finding it. They hotel is big on sustainability and animal conservation and awareness. The decor is wonderfully strange yet welcoming with butterflies 🦋, monkeys, fish 🐟 and other animals all around. There is a full bar in the lobby, breakfast is available and a small refrigerator in the lobby with drinks for sale. Oh and it is located above the Rewe grocery store and you get access to the fitness center right next door. I absolutely recommend this hotel.
