  Great hotel, shame about the receptionist.

  I stayed here years ago and was always happy with my stay. Everything has now been redecorated and it looks good. When I got there, the receptionist was plain rude - said absolutely nothing, didn't look at me, just bashed the keyboard, so I really thought she either hadn't heard or understood me. The rooms are great - not too small and the bathroom is nice and clean and made to look attractive.I stayed here years ago and was always happy with my stay.   We had a pleasant welcome by staff and glad we talk in english. Rooms were nice, cousy, relax and clean.   Close to Maastricht and Aachen. KFC, Mcdonalds, grocery all within walking distance. Safe and clean and low price. Free parking! Near the highway but not next to it. Very quiet.   The split-level family rooms are great. High ceilings, nice and roomy, with lots of privacy for parents and kids.We enjoyed the easy access and the breakfast was good with sufficient choice and good bread.The split-level family rooms are great.
