    A mixed bag

    I read mixed reviews before arriving,and was hoping to the best.Arrived at 1am,and a very nice and proffessiobal reception girl named Tekla checked me in .I felt very good about my choice.Rooms very nice,breakfast very rich.However events started to go downhill from there on.I have booked a city tour via the hotel,which was confirmed 3 times! Suprisingly the guide didnt show up.After hectic phone calls back and forth to 'someone',a guide did show up 75 minutes later than my original start time.I requested by email an explanation to what have happened,but such email never came.One receptionist even told me that my tour itinerary was fullfilled,so what was my complaint about.? Interesting approach.My last day in the hotel was a full day,as i paid an extra night to keep the room till 11pm.After two days without cleaning( per my request) i asked for a room refresh.Nothing happened till 2pm when i went to the reception and demanded a clean up.Finally by 3pm my room was clean.Good service is in the small details,and Wyndham Grand did poorly.
