    very nice location, 10 minutes walk to the old town, 10 minutes walk to Rustaveli avenue. Very friendly staff, simple but delicious breakfast, Rooms with very comfy beds and super noise cancellation. Recommended!     One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had at Moxy Hotel.The hotel is beautiful, cozy, and perfectly located.What truly made our stay special was the amazing surprise they prepared for my wife on her birthday - completely without us asking. This level of care and attention is rare and truly appreciated.The reception team was absolutely wonderful, very welcoming, supportive, and professional. The entire staff was cooperative, kind, and always ready to help, specially: Andria, Sophia, Anastasia and Nino.The best reception people i seen in entire my life.Love you all.Honestly, this is the best hotel I have dealt with, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tolissi.     Moxy Tbilisi is a great money for value!

    A great hotel with a great location!Staff is very engaged and you can feel they like what they do. Breakfast is OK for Moxy’s standards. My room was upgraded; it was very cozy and comfortable. The only thing to consider is safe box. It’s almost on the floor and is not convenient to use…The view out of my window was nice.     During a difficult time for my family, this hotel truly went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible.     Excellent place to stay while a tourist in Tbilisi.

    Nice "hip" hotel, close to many great food options, and a short Bolt (ride app) ride to anywhere in the city. Excellent water pressure in the shower. There is no fridge in the rooms normally but staff can put one in your room if you ask nicely. The hotel gets daily Asian tour groups and it's busy at breakfast between about 0700 - 0800 each morning so plan accordingly. Suggestions:To help the demographics of the guest you normally have, I'd suggest putting a couple of clothes washers and dryers in the ironing rooms on each floor, and allow guests to purchase tokens at the front desk for their use of the machines. Maybe try it in one ironing room first to see what the demand would be. I know I would have packed less clothes for my 2 week visit if there was self service laundry available. And reprogram the elevators to make them more efficient. When the up or down buttons are pushed, both elevators come to your floor. This makes your guests have to wait longer than they should for an elevator.
