    IOTA Hotel Tbilisi absolutely nails the balance between smart design, comfort, and practicality.The location is perfect. Right in the heart of the old city, within easy walking distance of everything, yet still calm enough to retreat from the noise and energy of Tbilisi when needed.The breakfast was excellent, with a genuinely good spread and far more thoughtful than the standard hotel buffet experience.What really stood out, though, was the room design. Quite honestly one of the best kitted-out hotel rooms I have stayed in. Every detail felt considered and functional rather than decorative for the sake of aesthetics. The wardrobe layout was exceptionally practical, and the bathroom design was equally impressive, with hooks, shelves, surfaces, and places to actually put things where you need them. It sounds simple, but so many hotels get this wrong. Here, everything worked intuitively and comfortably.The overall experience feels modern, efficient, and quietly stylish without trying too hard. A hotel clearly designed by people who understand how guests actually use a space.Would absolutely stay here again.

    Lovely hotel with super rooms excellent service and a very good food service for breakfast and dinner and not crazy expensive....really made our trip to tblisi very relaxing

    Nice modern boutique hotel well positioned and only a few minutes walk from Freedom Square and the Old Town.Our room, 407, was a larger corner room. Clean and tidy perhaps needs a bit more lighting and the room safe needs to be more easily accesible rather than at such a high position.Take corner you do not hurt your leg against the bed corners.The shower room is large with a decent shower although the towels are small.Breakfast has a good choice and staff friendly although not all spoke good Englsih.Would certainly use it again.

    I stayed here during our trip. I found this hotel with great value for money. Location is right by freedom square, rooms are clean, the staff speaks English and help with recommendations. I found the breakfast really good with alot of options. I would stay here again if I get to Tbilisi.

    The hotel is very clean and nice atmosphere, the staff is very friendly the design is very nice, the breakfast is so nice, the location of the hotel is in the mid of every location you would like to go ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
