    I had a very good experience staying at ibis Tbilisi Stadium 🏨✨ The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay very relaxing 🧼🛏️ The room was nicely organized and had everything needed for a pleasant stay.The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was smooth from check in to check out 👍 The location was also convenient, making it easy to move around the city and reach different places without difficulty 🚶‍♂️🏙️Overall, everything was very good, and it was a comfortable and reliable place to stay in Tbilisi. I would definitely recommend it to other travelers 👍

    We had the best stay at Ibis Tbilisi Stadium, and we are truly grateful for the heartfelt care we experienced throughout our time there. During the days we were stranded, the entire team made us feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.A special thank you to the Front Office staff—Mariam Giuna, Mariam Sheshe, and Tamia—for their kindness, patience, and warm assistance. Your support meant so much to us during a challenging time.We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to the amazing F&B team for their excellent service, as well as to Ms. Diana and Ms. Victor for their genuine concern and hospitality.     Unacceptable Standards & Zero Communication - Avoid Ibis Tbilisi Stadium

    I'm writing this review after my formal email went ignored for over 48 hours. My stay (scheduled Feb 8–28, 2026) was so subpar. As an Accor guest, the experience was an absolute disgrace to the brand.• Bait & Switch: I was involuntarily downgraded from a Superior Balcony room to a "Premium" room due to "app app error." The compensation? A single non-alcoholic drink per day. This is not just unprofessional and the people usually ask me about payment before asking about my room number.• Uninhabitable Conditions: The room was a furnace, reaching nearly 30°C. Management’s response was simply that it "couldn't be adjusted." I had to sleep with windows open just to breathe—a clear safety and comfort failure. Sometimes, I need to work at lobby because the room is too hot• Poor Hygiene & Housekeeping: I arrived to dirty cups and stained glasses. Despite staying for 10 days, crumbs under the furniture were never vacuumed, and my bathrobe was never changed.• Broken Promises: The advertised daily replenishment of tea/coffee for "Premium" rooms never happened.The lack of basic cleanliness and the dismissive attitude of the staff are unacceptable.
