    I had a wonderful experience with this lovely hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I arranged a reservation for my special guests, and everything was handled perfectly.A special thanks to Mr. Irakli, the Front Office Manager, who was exceptionally attentive and supportive. He assisted with every request and ensured that my guests felt comfortable and truly enjoyed their stay.I sincerely appreciate the efforts of him and the entire team for making my guests feel at home. Highly recommended!

    We stayed at the Holiday Inn between 28 and 31 Dec. 2025. The impression I have been left with, is that it is a solid 4-star Hotel. Our room, although a standard one, was spacious and the breakfast was rich and varied. Also, the personnel were very helpful and effective: the cleaning lady was excellent at her work (12th floor) and a young lady from the reception offered spontaneously to help me when the Bolt driver I was waiting, was trying to communicate with me in Georgian (a guaranteed failure!).Last, I want to mention by name Miss Keso- a receptionist as well- who went the extra mile to help us when we arrived at the Hotel at 6.30 in the morning.     Comfortable Stay and Great Service – Excellent Choice in Tbilisi

    We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Tbilisi by IHG. The location is perfect close to the metro, restaurants and just a short ride from the Old Town. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with directions or recommendations. Breakfast was generous with lots of local and international options and the view from the upper floors was lovely. The pool and fitness area were a nice bonus after a long day of exploring. Overall, it’s a modern, reliable and welcoming hotel exactly what you expect from the Holiday Inn brand.     I’d like to share my expirience with my stay in holiday inn.The place was amazing,clean and I felt like i was at home.Also the hotels stuff was helpfull.Also I saw the work space on the second floor and I want to say that it was very calm and cozy.Also i had an amazing conversation with a bartender called as i can recall Tiko.I felt like i knew her for ages and she took every costumer as her friend.She was so friendly and cheerful.The whole time she had cute smile on her face which made every customer happy.So shoutout to Tiko!I’am very pleased with my stay at the hotel.
