Cozy and hospital, with good breakfast and responsive staff. Room rather small but comfortable beds. Location is very convenient. Next to the Tbilisi artery- Rustaveli street. So definitely good value for the money spent.

Well I can't review it on booking.com :(... But is really clean, the position is very good, good price, decent breakfast and the young staff is always welcoming and trying their good to keep the responsibility of their job.

Loved this place! By the end of our week long stay We've made close friends with the staff! if i come back to Tbilisi, I will definitely consider this hotel again. The Staff was really the highlight. incredible, accommodating, very warm and very helpful. Tbilisi is a beautiful country and the hospitality shown by the staff here was a perfect display of the type of loving people you will encounter throughout this very special city. enjoyed the location, close to so many great places, and the room was very comfortable.

In the hotel with son and brother in law.Me and son in twin room.Tamara, the manageress could not have been nicer,nothing was any trouble and Alexanander the doorman was a joy. He made us coffee,s continuosly. The air con worked fine,and the room was wood pannelled and very functional. The hot buffet breakfast was fine and the lady was happy to make us fried eggs every morning. The location of the hotel was superb, just a short sharp walk uphill from Mc Donalds on Rustaveli Avenue, the citys main artery..It was a four star Tibilisi Hotel...in the UK it defo would not be that, but for somewere comfortable and central in the centre of the city it ticked our boxes.For a welcoming and homely hotel and somewere to get the head down after wayyy to many Cha Cha,s or sweet red wine, well rThis place did just fine...Id happily go back any timeA big thank you to all the hardworking and friendly staff

no confort this place and no elevator no good staf very very bad and angry reception in common no star for this place noooo hotl just one old and bad bad step bad bed bad break fast bad water gor washing
