I was over in Toulouse to visit my friend from Ireland for a few days and I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel and the city itself. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean which was great. Big room, nice to have a well-equipped kitchen. To improve: furniture was way too used (sofa, armchairs) and in general the area of the kitchen was not cleaned well. Lovely stay. Good location and very comfortable space and beds. Parking wasn’t good and even if they say you can park outside, it’s super expensive and only for 2 hours. The 24h car park was €25 for the whole day. The service from reception was great and they were really nice. We did have to pay €0.50 for a coffee pod which I found a firstLovely stay. I chose Residhotel because I needed a convenient location at a reasonable cost. The staff were helpful and friendly. When I arrived I was unclear about how to get in so I called a phone number posted on the door. The person was able to give me the punch code for the Toulouse location and voila! I got in.
