Perfect stay
Great stay !! We loved the place. The staff was the nicest, the breakfast was really good, the swimming pool was perfect and quite available. Free parking, great wifi and the room was big and comfortable. We made the best decision to stay here, as initially we had thought about staying in toulouse city center. As we had a car it was a short ride into Toulouse with all the advantages of the hotel.… Great stay !! We loved the place. Uncomfortable and inconvenient, Dated interior; uneven/flippant service; too far from city center and poor AC.
I did not enjoy this hotel. It is too from the old city. You will need an Uber or Taxi at 15 to 18 Euro per trip. This place thrives off of the pharma presentations to the hospital. Suspect that has caused them to neglect decor and physical plant.. Mid-pile shag carpet in the rooms (gross). Furniture has a 1990s feel to it. Room fridge did not work and AC never got room cool. Amazing service and experience. We were treated incredibly well and they exceeded our expectations. The room and hospitality was wonderful. Kevin, who was on reception for a lot of our trip was an angel; helping us with navigating through the beautiful city of Toulouse. AC does not work.
The staff was great. They were however aware I was arriving because my son had a medical emergency there and I would be bringing him there when he was released and I asked if they had air conditioning and explained it was very important as he had a sever asthma attack that resulted in respiratory failure.
