Great hotel close to airport and good price

After a gruelling journey,we arrived in reception about 8pm. The receptionist was brilliant - friendly, helpful, kind to the kids. The room was beyond expectations - a little kitchenette, good bathroom, sofa bed for us, double bed for the kids. Very clean, well equipped. The bar was open, the restaurant unfortunately not, bit the wine was good, the hotel staff lovely. Can't recommend enough.After a gruelling journey,we arrived in reception about 8pm. Awful customer service, my advice is DO NOT stay here! It seems all the the Management do in this hotel is ignore any correspondence you send them and rip you off! Do yourself a favour and find a better hotel to stay in when visiting Toulouse.Awful customer service, my advice is DO NOT stay here! I usually stay here as it is convenient for business. The location other than that is out of the way to say the least. There is nothing with in easy reach by walking, no restaurants or shopping. The rooms are always clean and are good to spend a few nights in. They charge additional 311 EUR with no explanation of what was it for, additionally the service they offer for shuttle to the airport (which they charge BTW) at the end is not payed by the hotel.
