Excellent in the middle of Petite France
One of the better hotels we have ever stayed at - clean, quiet, abd a perfect location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast very - of expensive. Room #101is the best - four big windows overlooking the river. One of the better hotels we have ever stayed at - clean, quiet, abd a perfect location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Prime location for exploring the area
Our stay in Strasbourg was greatly enhanced by our time at Regent Petite France hotel, located right in the heart of the picturesque historic district. From the moment we arrived, Giada at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and graciously accommodated our request for a quiet room overlooking the canal. Every staff member we encountered—from the concierge to housekeeping—was very friendly and we… Our stay in Strasbourg was greatly enhanced by our time at Regent Petite France hotel, located right in the heart of the picturesque historic district. Need to fix the smell
I had hope for 5 stars here, however the smell when we walked in the foyer was disgusting. It smelt like sewer. My wife nearly gagged. Hotel staff seem oblivious to it, yet the restaurant was empty at 1.30.It reminded me of Christmas day when you all sitting around the table and grandma lets one rip and everyone ignores it. Even when we checked out the staff said "what smell" The rooms were great… I had hope for 5 stars here, however the smell when we walked in the foyer was disgusting. It smelt like sewer.
