  Great location for the train station only about 4 minutes. We had a great room being upgraded from a comfort room. Both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Reception spoke good English and were helpful. We had a good nights sleep, no noise at all. Would recommend.

  The hotel was fine though didn’t seem like a 4*. Breakfast disappointing for me. I love crepes and pancakes but they were stone cold with no means to warm them. Check you can get in the high sided bath ( no hand rails) as the shower was over the bath and I just couldn’t risk climbing in it.

  Treat yourself to a great hotel

  We came here for the Christmas markets and chose this hotel (from Eurostar holidays) due to its location. A wonderful hotel just a stones throw from the station. The staff were most welcoming on our (tired) arrival and the lobby area was superb. The lift was something else - as well as modern lifts the hotel has what is believed to be the oldest lift in Strasbourg; very much art nouveau in style and a great talking point. We stayed in a suite and the space and quality was excellent. The bathroom in particular, with twin sinks, a rainfall shower (huge) and a bath was immaculate. A very welcoming hotel (not cheap, but VERY quiet) in a great location.   Charming, amazing staff, great location

  We were visiting for 1 night as part of a trip to see the Christmas markets. This hotel was perfectly situated just a few minutes from the train station and walkable to the centre of the city. The hotel was charming from the minute we walked in, beautiful decor, clean and well maintained with a real highlight being the original elevator. The Christmas touch of complimentary christmas spiced tea was really cute and truly set us up for a magical trip. The room was beautiful and charming with really comfortable beds and a surprisingly large bathroom. The staff were very helpful, even offering to talk each guest through their recommendations of the christmas markets and a route to see as much as possible.The only downside was that the sauna was an uncharge, and a steep one at that. Otherwise we had a lovely stay and would definitely revisit.
