Avoid at all costs! A nightmare for tour groups

Our travel agency booked this place for a 1-night stay for a tour group of 35 people, marketing it as a 3-star hotel. Calling this a "hotel" is impossible. Even for an aparthotel, the rooms are incredibly small. There is no mini-fridge, no air conditioning, and no hairdryer. The bathrooms are tiny and poorly maintained. It was awefull.The staff was okay but everything else sucked because of crappy beds very cheapass breakfast and the town was the worst. The appartment is clean and all furniture and equipment is in good shape.You find all you need for small cooking and to prepare breakfast. Shops are available in town within walking distance (Boulangerie, Carefour express)Did not visit the sauna. So no comments on that. We had a huge room when we stayed here. Bedroom had a door for privacy from the rest of the unit. Full kitchen, table and another pull out bed in the other area. Toilet is in a separate room from shower. We had a small balcony that we could sit out on.Big breakfast room with lost if bread items and cereal. Eggs that you hard boil yourself.
