During my stay at this Best Western Plus hotel, I woke up in the middle of the night because I heard loud dripping and running water in my room. When I went to the bathroom, I saw brown dirty water coming through the ceiling and even through the electrical ceiling lights. This hotel was so cute and charming. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very cozy, and included a towel warmer which was wonderful in December. The walk to petit France was not too bad, it was about 1 mile and took us 29 minutes. The hotel is also only about a mile from the main train station. We stayed at this hotel for one night a few days ago: 2 rooms (132 and 133), 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a dog. Stayed here with family for 2 days during the Christmas market season. The hotel is not far from the train station, but the location is not the best - real lack of places to eat around it. You have to walk 10-15 mins to go anywhere good.
