Disappointing
A well located hotel to visit Champagne. Nice room and friendly staff, but the food was frankly underwhelming. We ate in the bistrot as the fine dining menu prices were astronomically expensive, and the food was, at best, pretty average. Wine is expensive. Breakfast was standard French fare and decent enough. Overall very poor value for money and the hotel was certainly not worthy of 5 stars. We w… A well located hotel to visit Champagne. French Country
Briqueterie Champagne was pure French Country. Sitting just outside of Epernay, the inn allows a quiet haven away from the busier city. The inn embraces the region it sits within. The staff was incredibly attentive, with a shout out to Esteban, the concierge, who took care of each detail of our stay. Our room was spacious and well cared for and had been recently redecorated. There was actually plenty to keep them occupied, including the pool, table tennis, boules and badminton, which was a pleasant surprise for a hotel that initially feels quite grow… We stayed at La Briqueterie as a family of four on the final night of our journey through France and had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely grounds that our children really enjoyed exploring. Nice enough but needs updating
We stayed a night here . We were warmly welcomed with a glass of champagne and some delicious madeleines in our room! The room was very small and the bathroom even more . There is no space to put any toiletry bag or other !The room is quite dark and decor a bit dull .But there is a decent safe and good tea and coffee making facilities and it was overlooking the garden so quiet. The decor in the bar… We stayed a night here . Good location for touring Champagne
This hotel is in a great location for visiting the great Champagne houses of Epernay. The grounds are magnificent, and have sweet gardens and a good small walking trail. Staff was very helpful and the concierge was tremendous. We ate at the restaurant twice and it was good. There are other places in the area, though, that we discovered that were preferable. Our rooms, in the basement next to the p… This hotel is in a great location for visiting the great Champagne houses of Epernay.
