  Got a standard room. Room was small compared to North American standards...more suitable for 1 person rather than 2. Location was good..walking distance to restaurants,shops,stores..even a laundrette shop. they have a breakfast place in the lobby but we did not purchase any meals there. Free coffee and breath freshener candies are offered in the lobby. The entrance is level to the street. The hotel check in was easy. The clerk spoke enough english to be understood. The elevator is just large enough for 2 people...if you have multiple suitcases you may have to make 2 trips. there is a washroom on the lobby floor. Our room had a newer bathroom which was nice, as well as a security safe and a fridge. Our room was so small that there wasn't much room to store our suitcases...which was just as well for there was little room to store your clothes. The closet was tiny with only 5 or 6 hangers. The TV had few english channels which was understandable. But the TV could only be viewed by lying in bed and looking up at the wall in front. The room was adorned with darker colors but the bathroom was nice. The shower soaps had a nice scent to them. The room view was decent. The mini fridge was not cold enough and there was no accessible temperature control. No ice available in the hotel...you have to go to the store if you want ice. As with many European city center hotels you have to temper your expectations...the buildings will be older and the rooms/facilities will be smaller. The staff were friendly and understanding. The air conditioning was not operating from the controls for cooler months so to cool down your room, one must open the windows. The main thing I would recommend is to try to get a larger room if possible when staying at any hotel in Europe. Also I booked through Agoda. The book hotels like these through private contracting agencies. I booked some wrong dates and Agoda would not let me change the dates 2 months prior because I booked a "non-refundable room:" So I lost 2 nights of hotel fees. I got the runaround and I will never book through Agoda or its affiliates again. But this was not the fault of the hotel.

  small hotel but it's good . The breakfasts of this hotel are very tastyIf you don't like a small and simple hotel, I don't recommend it.and i hope enjoy your trip that street have a small park one church and doner turkey and near of Macdonald and metro station

  Enjoyable stay at Gardette Park hotel

  I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Gardette Park hotel. While the room was on the smaller side, which is to be expected in Central Paris, it provided ample space for me. It would also be suitable for a couple, as long as they don't have too much luggage. The bed was comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the highlights of the room was the balcony, which overlooked the beautiful trees of Gardette Park.There was a coffee maker in the room, along with a sufficient supply of capsules, tea, and a kettle. Additionally, the reception area offered a tea, coffee, and chocolate machine, which guests could use at any time. Although I didn't choose the breakfast option, there were plenty of nearby alternatives available. The quiet atmosphere at night ensured a restful sleep.The lady at the reception (she speaks English, French, and Italian very well) was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, making my interactions with the staff a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a close proximity to excellent restaurants, supermarkets, and a vibrant city (including night) life. While I didn't prioritize visiting major Paris attractions during this particular trip, they were only 30 minutes away.For those arriving from the airport (I personally used Orly and departed from CDG), the nearest metro station, Richard Lenoir, was a convenient 10-minute walk. However, if you have a substantial amount of luggage to transport, there are bus or Uber options to minimize the walking distance.Overall, my stay at the Gardette Park hotel was delightful, and I highly recommend it.

  Lovely hotel in a great area

  This is a great hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms, and very friendly and helpful staff. It's in a brilliant area, with lots of bars and restaurants; yet manages to be in a peaceful corner, so it feels like a haven from the busyness of the city. Our room for three wasn't perhaps the largest, but it was well maintained, with a great view, and perfectly adequate for our purposes. If we return to Paris we will be very glad to stay here again!

  Fantastic hotel! Very friendly staff who were polite and helpful. Rooms are a good size with a very comfortable bed and great view overlooking the park. Our room had everything we could have asked for and more and was a great base for us to explore the city through the nearby tube. Would recommend 100% and happily stay here again in future.
