Never again at Adagio Opera
Room had a terrible smell of food, they don’t allow you to change the temperature of the room, nobody to help you with the luggage and they don’t clean your room. It is a total rip off to what they offer.

When you do booking they give you based on the availability not the option and payment select and I paid for early check in and they said also based on availability regardless of your payment and it is not refunded it is one star hotel not 4 star. My selection…
