Brilliant value for money. Everything I could want and a few things I hadn’t even thought of - how many hotels give you access to a washer and dryer? I slept like a log. Double glazing kept out all traffic and train sounds. Aircon a dream given external heat. Very well located. All staff encountered were cheerful and helpful.Brilliant value for money. Run down accommodation.
At least 40 years old than what is shown on pictures. Uncomfortable bed, decayed decoration and furnishings. Furniture is very basic and as old as the hotel. Wardrobe is shared with cleaning broom and dirty, decrepit hot water tank. Staff and breakfast ok. Close to Nimes station but some rooms share the cooking oil smell from fast food outlets on street level.At least 40 years old than what is shown on pictures. Zenitude Hotel our room was robbed. It's not safe to say here
We chose The Zenitude Hotel at Nimes because it was close to the Historic Centre so we could easily walk to the historic attractions. The room we booked had a kitchen area so we could make meals for ourselves should we want to.We stayed here for 2 nights 13th and 14th October 2022. We would not recommend anyone to stay here or in this area of Nimes. Worst Hotel Ever
I stayed here for only one night and it was awful. The AC is completely broken making the rooms up to 85 degrees. Our room was clearly not cleaned before we got there and had so many stains EVERYWHERE (pictures down below of just the brown stains on the ground) The shower was leaking, there was more then an inch of water just sitting in the bathroom and was not properly cleaned before we arrived.… I stayed here for only one night and it was awful. Staff very helpful..even ringing car hire place after our car was broken into.Even though room was a bit tired the kitchenette,laundry alcove and fresh breakfast made this a positive stay.Within walking distance to train station,onsite parking and in walking distance of main attractions.Plus the supermarket very close to get food means I would stay here again.
