Average is probably generous. It seems clean enough but you have to throw away your own trash when you check out. There are no services. This is not a hotel. It is bare bones. The door locks are impossibly complicated. I’ve never seen anything like it before. I do not recommend. As stated on Tripadvisor, we are a hotel residence that operates differently. Hotels do not offer kitchenettes, so it is normal to clean this area before you leave when staying in a residence.A simple discussion would have prevented your surprise.Regarding our doors, they can indeed be confusing to use at first, but that is why we explain how they work to guests upon arrival (using a model) and the instructions are also displayed on the welcome flyer...Have a lovely day,Kind regards,Maverick - Manager

Clean and spacious room. Tea and coffee facilities provided. Complimentary toiletries. Friendly and English speaking receptionists. Lift access to all floors. Close to historical centre and shops. Excellent free bus service around Narbonne. Stops are outside the hotel.

They TURN OFF HEAT & HOT WATER AFTER YOU PAY FOR ROOM & LOCK YOU OUT IF YOU COMPLAIN

Worse Hotel Ever - they turn OFF HEAT AND HOT WATER-AFTER YOU CHECK IN to save money. You come back to room and its OFF & they wont turn it back on for rest of stay. Blood on sheets. Dirty dishes in cabinet. No soap - who needs soap without hot water? How about that heat or none in 7c? And IF you complain they screw with your key access and you get to sleep outside. I don't know who in the world gives this a good review -search reviews.Please don't waste their time responding with excuses - really LIES. I hope this REAL REVIEW FOR THIS HMM HOTEL - Saves someone from sleeping in doorway they screw with your room access.You have been warned - i will see your review. Le linge de lit que nous utilisons provient d’une blanchisserie professionnelle. Il nous est livré propre, repassé et plié, garantissant ainsi une hygiène irréprochable. À moins que ces miettes n’aient mystérieusement voyagé seules dans vos draps, il semble évident qu’elles ne s’y trouvaient pas à votre arrivée.Ensuite, vous accusez notre établissement de couper le chauffage, mais votre propre photo prouve le contraire. Il suffit de regarder la petite veilleuse rouge bien allumée sur l’appareil pour comprendre que le chauffage fonctionnait bel et bien. C’est un comble de s’auto-contredire avec ses propres preuves.Enfin, votre photo de la poêle est tout aussi intrigante. Pourquoi prendre en photo une poêle pleine de matière grasse ? Et pourquoi voit-on cette même poêle dans l’évier, alors que vous prétendez qu’elle était "sale dans le placard" ? Il est évident que cet ustensile a été utilisé et que son état n’a rien à voir avec la propreté initiale du logement. Votre tentative de manipulation est aussi grossière que votre mise en scène.Entre contradictions, exagérations et mises en scène malhabiles, votre témoignage peine à être crédible. Il est regrettable de voir à quel point certains clients semblent prêts à tout pour nuire gratuitement à un établissement.Je tiens également à vous rappeler que des sanctions existent pour les faux avis et les diffamations sur internet. Publier des informations mensongères ou trompeuses peut entraîner des poursuites légales, et ce n’est évidemment pas à prendre à la légère. Perfect place to stay in Narbonne!

A 5 minute walk from the Halles and 2 minutes from the Irish bar...what could be better...well...it has a decent car park for a tenner a day. The double room was clean and tidy with fridge, microwave, sink and cutlery etc. A small table with chairs allows you to eat in if preferred. Very helpful staff and overall a great place to stay in this enchanting town.

I had a nice stay (one night) at Zénitude Centre.The room was very clean and comfortable.The staff were very welcoming and friendly.I had breakfast there (a buffet) and although the food was nice, it was expensive (nearly 17.00 euro).I would recommend Zénitude Centre Narbonne.
