Average is probably generous. It seems clean enough but you have to throw away your own trash when you check out. There are no services. This is not a hotel. It is bare bones. The door locks are impossibly complicated. I’ve never seen anything like it before. I do not recommend. They TURN OFF HEAT & HOT WATER AFTER YOU PAY FOR ROOM & LOCK YOU OUT IF YOU COMPLAIN

Worse Hotel Ever - they turn OFF HEAT AND HOT WATER-AFTER YOU CHECK IN to save money. You come back to room and its OFF & they wont turn it back on for rest of stay. Blood on sheets. Dirty dishes in cabinet. No soap - who needs soap without hot water? How about that heat or none in 7c? And IF you complain they screw with your key access and you get to sleep outside. A 5 minute walk from the Halles and 2 minutes from the Irish bar...what could be better...well...it has a decent car park for a tenner a day. The double room was clean and tidy with fridge, microwave, sink and cutlery etc. A small table with chairs allows you to eat in if preferred.
