Great disappointment for this hotel but the quality of the welcome is exceptional. The person who took care of us and the multiple worries related to the hotel was very involved in mitigating all this. A big bravo for his kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately this does not make up for the disappointment of our stay. The rooms are far from those in the photo. I love the concept of this hotel very well located near the North exit of Nantes station. Quiet room overlooking courtyard, with just what you need and super comfortable bedding.
