Great central location. Ideal for walking around Nantes. Near to the tram station too. Staff friendly and the welcome at reception for both check -in and departure was warm and welcoming. The breakfast room is well appointed as is the reception area. Breakfast choice was good and the early check-in (from 12 noon) and check-out (again 12 noon) is great. This hotel is mediocre at best. Though we paid in advance, on the second day they locked us out of the room and told us our credit card was declined. Three times during our four day stay the key card stopped working, for no particular reason. The bathroom was HAZARDOUS. You need to step up into the shower and there are no handrails. Try stepping in and out of a wet shower!!! It's an accident waiti… This hotel is mediocre at best. Hotel lobby is clean so is the room, Lordy is next to the breakfast area. I had a dinner salad in the sitting area.
