Great place to stay, no windows allowed to open, dry air inside rooms.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, they don't let you open the window. The ventilator runs all night making noise. We mentioned this, along with the fridge being very noisy and keeping waking us up during the night. There's a dishwasher and little kitchenette area with two hobs and a fridge with a freezer compartment. All great. They don't give you extra towels. Stayed here for 4 nights for the Rugby World Cup and though its not in the town Centre it was ideal for us. Hotel is situated right between 2 tram stops (Pirmil and Pont Rosseau Martyrs a 5 mins walk) that takes you straight to the City Centre and also a bus stop (#38) that takes you straight to Nantes Airport in 20 mins and at weekends all public transport is free. We stayed for a week in this lovely hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The facilities were really good everything was modern, clean and in excellent condition. The hotel is very close to the local trams and easy to get to from the airport. There us also a great bakery, Italian restaurant and bar. A lovely clean and comfortable room. Bathroom was huge and spotlessly clean and the shower was amazing. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of food. Staff were soooo very nice and couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. I would DEFINITELY stay there again and I would thoroughly recommend it. Room 107 for 2 nights. No cleaning bewteen 2 nights at all. Phones are totally not working and the wifi us not powerful to get into the room!
