Odalys was a great place to stay during my Master's. It was comfortable, clean, and the staff were very nice. The application process was also easy and fast. Stayed here with a friend in September for a few days.Very easy to find with lots of public transport options from the airport.Hotel is kept incredibly clean and we were given a warm welcome at reception. We initially were given the wrong room, a double instead of twin but this was remedied very quickly. Shame to say could have been better.Room was in serous need of maintenance and was charged for parking when had been emailed at time of booking that it would be free - Instead charged Eur 65 on arrival.......Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful within their authority.Gave them the opportunity to remedy the the error and refund the Eur 65 but only been offered a Eur 25 Voucher against anot… Shame to say could have been better.Room was in serous need of maintenance and was charged for parking when had been emailed at time of booking that it would be free - Instead charged Eur 65 on arrival.......Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful within…
