Location

This residence is located in the heart of the historic town of Nantes, where it fits perfectly into the picturesque district of Place Viarme. The bus station and links to public transport can be found in the immediate vicinity, while the train station is about a 15-minute walk away. A number of attractions including the Chateau Bretagne, the Machine de L'Ile, the famous Passage Pommeraye, the Marche de Talensac and Ile de Versailles are all within walking distance. Nantes Airport is about 15 km away.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 15 apartments and 48 studios and includes a lift and a reception desk. A baggage storage service, a laundry service, a fax machine, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.
